Our shop accepts PayPal, where you can create a free account to use any major credit card. We also provide local pickup options for our homemade baked goods and fresh produce.
Payment is due at the time your order is placed. No work will begin until your payment is received. Once production has begun we can no longer offer you a refund.
All items are shipped through the United States Post Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation. We offer flat rate shipping, which includes tracking, insurance up to $50, and guaranteed delivery within 3-5 business days. Unless other shipping arrangements can be made, both buyer and seller must agree to the terms of the carrier’s shipping policy. The flat rate shipping is only available to the continental United States. If you would like to place an order to Alaska or Hawaii, please Contact Me for further arrangements, as there will be an additional fee.
If you would like rush/overnight shipping please request a custom order via the Contact form and I will include the cost of that shipping method in the final price.
***PLEASE NOTE TRACKING NUMBERS WILL BE SENT 24 to 48 hours after your item has been changed to shipped. When your item is changed to shipped, it is complete and being packed for shipping. You will receive your item according to the processing time. If you would like your order rushed please contact me so we can arrange accommodations.****
Local Pickup usually refers to baked goods and produce such as homemade pies or farm eggs, but can be used for any other item if you are local and would like to come visit the farm. After your order is placed, you will receive an email with our address and pickup instructions, which will vary depending on the product ordered. We are located in southwest Ellis county, near Maypearl, Texas.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our items are custom made just for you! We cannot accept returns or exchanges and we do not issue refunds. If we make a mistake or your order is damaged upon arrival, please notify me within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to replace or correct your order.
Additional Policies and FAQs
Production times are listed on each item. After an item is produced it will be shipped out. If you need an item “rushed” please Contact Me, and if I can accommodate your request I will create a custom listing for you. If, by chance, there is a problem with the product you receive, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to receive a replacement. Please review the vinyl chart carefully when selecting colors for your vinyl charts. There will be no refunds or replacements if you selected the wrong color. We will; however, replace your item if we use the wrong color, example you ordered red and I produced your item in pink.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the postal service. If they do not deliver a product on time, we cannot take responsibility for the service the carrier provides, but I will note that most shipments arrive within the guidelines provided by the carrier, this applies to USPS. If 2-3 business day shipping is selected and it does not arrive in 2-3 days, we are not responsible.
Please verify all of the information prior to placing your order, spelling of names, dates and colors to be used. *If you have any questions or concerns please Contact Me and you will receive a response within 24 hours. I cannot help you if the issue is not communicated to me* 🙂
